How can I get started?To get started, you can simply submit an inquiry. A patient relationship manager will be assigned to assist you. They will gather your case details and share them with multiple doctors and hospitals, and provide you with a treatment plan, cost estimates, and other helpful information.

Who will handle the details of my case during my trip?Each patient is assigned a Patient Relationship Manager (PRM) who will take care of all the details related to your visit, ensuring a successful return and recovery.

Do you provide assistance with visas?Once you have chosen a hospital, we will work with them to obtain a VISA invitation letter for you. This usually helps patients obtain a priority VISA.

I am unfamiliar with the destination country. Is it safe?Turkey is a safe place for tourists. The hospitals and nearby areas have been verified by us. Also, our team will be there for you all the time.

Where will I stay?Your Patient Relationship Manager will provide you stay options. Before your trip, we will ensure you are booked in an accommodation of your choice, or you can make the booking online using recommended websites.

What if I bring a companion?Your companion can travel with you. They will need a valid passport, and depending on the destination country and their citizenship, they may require a visa. Most hospitals in Turkey allow at least one attendant to stay with the patient during their hospitalization.

Can I plan my own travel?Yes, you can book your own flight and accommodations and share the details with us. Complimentary pick-up from the airport will be provided. Our UMC concierge will be there at every step to ensure your comfort during travel and stay.

Can I go sight-seeing?Certainly! We would be delighted to take you on sightseeing trips. Please check with your Patient Relationship Manager for details about our complimentary travel plans.

Do the doctors and medical staff speak English?All of our partner hospitals have fluent English-speaking staff. We also have interpreters available to assist patients who speak French, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and some other languages.

Can I have multiple medical procedures at once?In some cases, it may be possible to have multiple procedures simultaneously. However, this will depend on the doctor's assessment of your case and may be more beneficial.

They take great care to ensure patient satisfaction and successful outcomes. However, it's important to acknowledge that all surgeries or medical procedures involve risks, and no one can guarantee successful results.

What about follow-up care after returning from my trip?Your Patient Relationship Manager will continue to be at your service after your return. We will assist you with follow-up consultations with the doctor, reports, medications, and any other support you may require.
